In 1955, John & Kate Harman started selling Harman's Really-Aged Cheddar through mail-order. In 1981 we purchased the business and continued their tradition of providing quality products and great customer service. Now in 2009, we have expanded with this Internet Store. As we become more comfortable with our new store format, we'll be making more of your favorite products available through the web. We do hope you will enjoy shopping in our new store!

Really-Aged Cheddar: This unusual Cheese is fully and properly cured to bring it to peak perfection...to give it the delicious, smooth, zesty, mouth-watering flavor which inspires connoisseurs to rank it "the greatest of cheddars." It has been aged at least two full years... constantly kept at a uniform LOW temperature.
This is premium quality cheddar from New York State...where the best of Cheddar is made of whole pasteurized milk when cows are grazing on lush "first" grass. No chemical additives and no added coloring. A natural product and an extremely hard-to-find delicacy.
