Honey Buckwheat Pancake Mix

From one the oldest mills in the United States, Kenyon grinds the flours to make this Honey Buckwheat mix. The buckwheat flour in this mix makes hearty and slightly heavier pancakes or waffles. The mill at Kenyon has been using granite millstones to flake the grains into a great flour since 1886 and there has been a mill at that location since the 1600's. All that history makes for perfect flours and delicious pancake mixes. All of Kenyon's mixes are made with whole grain, stone-ground flours with no preservatives or additives. You add the egg, shortening, and water to make pancakes or waffles.

Ingredients: Buckwheat Flour, Flour, Baking Powder, Dry Milk, Whey, Dry Honey, and Salt.
